There is a way of doing and saying everything with a poise;learning that. The way you want to grow and the direction in which you want to go are important. Atleast you have to believe in your own selected path of growth. Because growth is subjective and so as success. Choose your own direction and walk towards it on your own terms. You are nobody to the rest of the world and that is why you need your people. And I have learnt that, recognising your people is the toughest task in this world.💋
